Course Withdrawal Request

Course withdrawals must be submitted to the Office of the Registrar on or before the tenth official day of the session by submitting a completed Course Withdrawal Form. There are no refunds after the tenth official day of the start of the term and students are liable for payment of outstanding fees. There are no exceptions to the refund policy for students who register late.

Please note: A $100 withdrawal fee is automatically withheld once payment is made. Late fees are non-refundable.

How to request a Course Withdrawal

If you have your Bay ID, you can request for withdrawing from the course using the form on this page. If you do not remember your Bay ID, you will need to contact us to retrieve your Bay ID before requesting for withdrawal.
