Application Checklist
Bay University invites prospective students to submit an online application form. All required supporting documents and credentials and application fee must be received by the Admission Committee of the University to initiate a review process.
A completed file consists of:
- Application for Admission (Adjoining Form)
- Application fee – USD 100
- Resume
- Transcript of Bachelor Degree (4 Year MD Program)
- Transcript/ Final mark sheet of 12 year Schooling (5 Year MD Program)
- Personal Statement (500 Words)
- Letter of Recommendations (2)
- Cover letter, if applying for scholarship
- Any other Supporting Credentials
