An academic transcript is a formal record of your studies at the University. You can order a transcript at any point during your studies or after graduation. Your transcript includes all units of study (attempted, completed or failed) and your grade for each unit.

Your official transcript can be used to demonstrate your qualifications or progress in your course so far. You might use it when applying for a job or to support applications for scholarships or further study.

If you have your Bay ID, you can order your hard-copy transcript using the form on this page. If you do not remember your Bay ID, you will need to contact us to retrieve your Bay ID before ordering the transcript.

Once payment is received, your transcipt will be issued within 90 days. The payment will be non-refundable if your academic transcript has been issued. Postage time will vary. 

Hard-copy official transcript – 130 USD for each quantity

Once we’ve received payment we will process your transcript. We will send you an email once it is issued.

Hard copies can be posted directly to your elected address or to a third party (such as a Registration Board or University).
